You're an incredible service provider, and can have the best offer in the world, but if nobody knows it exists, it’s not going to sell.

So many brilliant business owners stay stuck in “I just need to post consistently” mode, or they’re showing up - but not seeing results. Others are hiding altogether because they’re afraid of being judged, of doing it wrong, or of getting it right and still hearing crickets.

Let’s get something straight - I’m not here to tell you to go live today if you’ve never shown your face online.

I’m not going to tell you that visibility means standing on a stage in front of 1,000 people giving a 30-minute talk about your business (honestly – even writing that makes me throw up in my mouth a bit).

And I’m definitely not here to push you into posting seven reels a week, burning out while chasing viral views, or pretending you’re someone you’re not.

That’s not going to let your dream clients get to know you. And it’s not sustainable.

A little bit about me...

Hey, I’m Lucy Johnstone, a Visibility coach and social media consultant for service providers who believes you don’t have to shout to be seen.

I’ve been working in social media since 2020: supporting entrepreneurs and small businesses to show up online in a way that feels natural, sustainable and true to who they are.

I’ve seen it from every angle:
working one to one, managing accounts behind the scenes, supporting teams, and now stepping into consultancy where I help you create visibility strategies that actually work in real life, not just in theory.

Before this, I spent 15 years working in psychology, behaviour and human connection - and that experience underpins everything I teach.

I understand why visibility can feel uncomfortable.

I understand how we can hold ourselves back.

And I know how to help you move through it gently, safely and powerfully.

My work blends strategy with support and small, doable actions with big, long-term results.

I care so much about helping purpose-led people - especially those who’ve been encouraged to stay quiet or shrink - take up their space online, be seen by their dream clients and build businesses that expand their lives, not drain them.
